To place an order you can browse through our pages, click on the add to cart and keep browsing for more. Once done you can select view my cart (the bag icon on the top right corner) option, edit your order as per your liking and click on buy now. Thereafter fill in the required details and select your mode of payment and you are set with your order.

We have COD available for over 25000 zip codes pan India which will be applicable at a small fee.

We will be sending out an email or SMS to your provided details confirming your order.

You can simply chat with us on the details by pressing the chat button on the bottom right hand corner

Once an order is placed it can take anywhere between 2-10 working days for the piece to be delivered to you, depending on where you stay. 

If your order requires customization then it may take longer depending on the order, in that case before you place an order we will give you a time frame for delivery.

If it is a piece that is out of stock and you are placing an order, it will take 20 days for the making + shipping time. 

If you haven’t received your order in the given time frame please get in touch with us at sales@ghanthanjewels.com and we will look into the matter immediately.

You will be provided with the tracking details once the order is shipped out, or you could get in touch with us at +91 7208498701 and we will assist you from there.

Please do not return any package to the courier agent who is dropping the delivery to you. If for any reason you need to return the piece kindly write to us on sales@ghanthanjewels.com with a picture of the product received along with your reason for returning the goods. If applicable for return we will get in touch with you for the same.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order after placing it, then please get in touch with us on sales@ghanthanjewels.com or contact us on the contact details given to you on our contact us page. If the order has not been shipped out we will cancel your order for you. If the order is shipped out already it will not be in our hands to cancel your order anymore. For customized products we do not accept cancellations.

In order to return the product you need to write to us within 24 hours of delivery on sales@ghanthanjewels.com with a clear picture of the product and the reason for returning the product, along with the brand tag maintained on the product.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds for products that due to unforeseen reasons need to be returned, however if a product is returned as per the return policy we will send you a coupon for the full amount that will be sent to you on your preferred communication, this coupon can be redeemed on your next purchase. Yes we do take bulk or wholesale orders. For bulk orders we need a minimum quantity of 100 pieces of the same design whereas for wholesale orders we need a minimum order of 100 pieces be it of the same design or assorted designs. For further details you can get in touch with us on +91 7208498701
