We unfortunately do not offer a refund policy however we do understand the challenges to shop online; hence we have a 24 hours return policy in exchange for a full amount coupon that could be used to purchase any of our products online. This means that if for any reason you (our customer) need or want to return our product, you have a 24 hour window from the time of delivery to initiate a return. All you have to do is e-mail us on sales@ghanthanjewels.com as per the instructions below. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Reasons why a customer can return a piece?
  1. If the product delivered, is damaged in any ways.
  2. If the product delivered, is not what you ordered.
  3. If the product does not fit you right. 
  4. If you aren’t happy with what you bought. 
How to return a piece?

To return your order all you have to do is e-mail us on sales@ghanthanjewels.com with a picture of the product and a picture of the receipt along with the reason for returning the product to us. We will review the e-mail sent to us and revert to you if the piece is eligible for a return or not. 

Once the piece is eligible for return we will get in touch with you either by e-mail or SMS, depending on the information you have provided us with and we will initiate the return. 

The piece has to be returned in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with the tags in place and original condition. If a piece is returned with any one of these conditions missing then we at Ghanthan Jewels reserve the right to not accept the return of that piece. In such a case, there will be no replacement for the piece and the piece will be shipped back to the customer at an additional cost to the customer. In case the customer refuses to accept the piece being delivered back, then Ghanthan Jewels will not be liable to resend or make any refund or exchange or any other compensation for the customer in such a situation.

What cannot be returned? 

1) Any products that have been customized as per your liking will not be eligible for return. 

2) Any products that have been pre-ordered, from our pre-order section. 

3) Gift cards cannot be returned.

4) We cannot accept returns on sale items. If the sale item is received in a damaged form, we request you to immediately write to us or inform us within 24 hours on sales@ghanthanjewels.com along with pictures of the damaged piece for us to review it. We will review it and do whatever best we can do to help you in such a situation. 

Can you exchange a product for another? 

No. You can initiate a return of the piece as per the return policy mentioned above in exchange of which you will be given a coupon code for the amount spent, which will allow you to purchase whichever product you would like from the website. 

What costs will you incur in case of returns?

We would like to make this as good an experience for our customers as we can, in case you have to return a piece for any reason it will be at no additional cost to you. 

How will you get a refund for your returned goods? 

 We do not offer refunds for our products. We however do offer a coupon system, for returned goods, which will be sent to you in your preferred mode of communication.
