For domestic orders – within India
- For orders over INR 5000, we offer free shipping pan-India. For orders below INR 5000, we charge a nominal fee of INR 50 per piece per order.

- For products that are in stock, the product is shipped and delivered to our customers in 2-14 working days, depending on where you are located.

- For pieces that are customized, a time frame will be given to the customer; the delivery date may exceed the 14-day mark at times.

- For pre-orders, the pieces will be shipped and delivered to the customers in 30 working days. If there are any changes to this, the customer will be notified via e-mail or SMS.

For International orders – Outside India
- Unfortunately, as of now, we do not offer free shipping for orders outside India. The amount varies from country to country as per the country's duty and taxes. We will be giving you a breakdown of the courier charges at the end of your order.

- For products that are in stock, the product is shipped and delivered to our customers in 7-25 working days, depending on where you are located.

- For pieces that are customized, a time frame will be given to the customer; the delivery date may exceed the 25-day mark at times.

- For pre-orders, the pieces will be shipped and delivered to the customers within 45 working days. If there are any changes to this, the customer will be notified via e-mail or SMS.
